New Paintings
These are the most recent paintings to come off the easel in my studio. I have been working with acrylic monotypes, combined with drawing or used in collage in some cases.
I typically have multiple pieces on the go concurrently. This allows me to keep the energy flowing as one piece dries or needs consideration, and allows me to explore multiple variations on a theme. It also prevents any one piece from becoming ‘precious’.
